Worrying is a misuse of your energy.

Instead of imagining the worst, imagine the best and how you can make it happen.

Worry is one of our worst enemies. It takes our time, and energy and gives very little back. It can serve as a useful alarm that something is wrong, but after that, it is generally useless. Once you find yourself worrying about something, check the issue out and see if you can do anything about it. If not, focus on the positive and move on.
