Five little things you can do right now to become a new you.
You have a better chance of becoming a new you if you take baby steps and start now.
Here are five quick and easy steps to start you on the way to becoming the person you want to be.
1. Take your top goal and find something you can do to help you attain it, then do it.
2. Do one thing to improve your health right now such as putting down that cookie and doing one sit up.
3. List seven things you are grateful for right now.
4. Ask someone for help on something that is holding you back.
5. Say no to someone that wants to waste your time.
Don’t worry about which is the best one to do first, just pick one and do it now!
