Find the courage to let go of what you can’t change.

And that changes everything.

One of the most rewarding moments in life is the moment you finally find the courage to let go of what you can’t change. When you stop worrying and complaining about what you can’t control, you have more time to change things you can control
.
Pick one thing you want to change and can control and start on it now.

Wherever your focus goes, your energy flows!

Whatever you devote your undivided attention to will manifest in your life. You must develop the discipline and willpower to control the thoughts you allow to roam freely in your mind. Know your goals and focus on how what is going on around you can be used to move your toward them.

Asking for feedback can speed your success.

Feedback raises our self-awareness and helps up spot blind spots in our thinking.

If you ask other people for their opinions on how you are handing things, their feedback can help you spot patterns and habits that may be counter productive. And if you take steps to correct the things holding you back, you speed up your progress. Just be careful to seek feedback from someone you trust.

Feedback is the breakfast of champions, have a bowl today.

Empty your trash before you try to move ahead.

Carrying the trash from your past stops you from achieving success.

Past failures, disappointments, etc can be a good lesson on what to do in the future, but more often they are things that we hang onto and drag us down. All this trash from the past takes up space in our minds than we need to focus on what lies ahead. And it pulls down your morale as well.

Dump your trash today and focus on the future.

Remind yourself who you are about to be.

When you need to motivate yourself, picture who you are about to become.

It is easy to get discouraged when you are remaking yourself or stretching to reach new goals. New things have a way of getting complicated, setbacks occur and so on. This is a point where many people give up. Don’t do it. Instead focus on who you are so close to becoming. Think of the new you and how much you want it and how close you may be.

There is a new you right around the corner. Can you see it?

Turn inconveniences into lessons.

Inconveniences usually cause us to focus on the negatives in a situation. Imagine how your life would change if these became positive situations.

Too often we see people or things that take up our time as minor headaches and we blame them for slowing us down as we go through the day. Instead we can see these things as gifts in our lives and inconveniences can be reframed as lessons for us to refocus on what is really important to us. You can learn what others are doing wrong and avoid them in your activities.

Now is the chance to look forward to your next inconvenience so you can learn something.

Getting out of your comfort zone is not the answer, it is the start.

I never said getting out of your comfort zone is the answer to your issues. What is does is create space for the answer.

Getting out of your comfort zone creates disruption. It is confrontation to your status quo. It is the end of silence that allows you to stay stuck. These are the new conditions that are needed for you to shake things up and find a new course to achieve the life you really want.

What can you get uncomfortable with right now?

Nothing is more important that how you feel right now.

Make up your mind that nothing is more important than how I feel now, because now is everything.

I don’t have to tell you the past is gone and the future is not here yet. But I do have to tell you to live in the here and now. Anything else is living in fantasyland. Reliving pain or pleasure from the past is OK in moderation. The same is true for things you anticipate in the future, but after that it is a waste of your present time.

What are you feeling right now?

Stop focusing on what you don’t want and focus on what you do want.

We get what we focus on, so make it what you want.

When you acknowledge what you do not want, and then ask yourself, “What is it that I do want?” you begin a gradual shift into positive territory. You get the essence of what you think about – whether you want it or not – because Law of Attraction is unerringly consistent.

Focus on what you do want right now.

Success comes from focusing on what you can control.

The most powerful changes happen in your life when you decide to take control of what you do have power over instead of craving control over everything you don’t.

Let’s face it; you only have so much time, energy and money. You can’t do it all, nor should you. Sure you need priorities, but they have to be within the things you can change. Once you start to work with what you can control, you productivity and success rate shoots up.

What is your top priority among things you can control?
