One Minute Motivator # 440

Practice will not make you perfect.

But deliberate practice will.

Just doing something you want to get better at over and over will not make you better. You need to concentrate on what you are doing wrong, what will make it right and practice with that in mind. You need to keep measuring what is wrong and what it takes to make it right and then working to correct it. This is deliberate practice and it is the key to progress.

And progress is the key to success.
