One Minute Motivator # 324
Redeveloping your vision.
Lost your vision? Here is what to do in order to get back on track.
It is easy to lose your vision over time. You change, the world changes and your old visions just doesn’t work anymore. But your odds of being successful go way up if you have a vision, so here is what to do in order to develop a new vision.
First make sure the old vision is gone and then acknowledge that it is gone. This helps clear the way for new ideas to come in.
Next assess your strengths. You have changed sine you developed your old vision, who are you now and what do you bring to the party?
Relook at your passions and values. What turns you on, what motivates you now? Chances are pretty good your passions and values have changed with time.
Ask yourself how the new pieces fit together. If you combine your strengths and your interests, what does that lead to? You are probably pretty close to your new vision once you have done that.
It is a new day, time for a new vision.
