You will need a healthy body if you are going to accomplish big things.
Sure you mind has great plans, but your body is needed to make them happen.
Like it or not you have include health as part of your planning for success. On some level you will need your body to do things to make it happen. I am not saying you have to embark on a massive exercise program and eat nothing but health foods. I am saying you have to do a minimal amount of exercise and eat at least semi healthily to have a body that support your plans. Start to do something healthy for yourself even if it is a walk around the block.
Take a step at a time to bring some more health into your life.
