Include things you have completed when making a “To Do” list.

When you write out your “To Do” list sneak in some things you have already done.

Psychologically it gives you a real boost to your day to look at your “To Do” list and see progress. You sense you can do this. You don’t feel like you won’t make any progress during the day, instead you get a burst of energy.

Give yourself some credit for what you have already done and see how good you feel.
