Your habits are the key to a better life.

You are what you do on a regular basis and habits are the key to that.

Habits make up 43% of what we do each day, so having habits that move our life ahead will pretty much guarantee a successful life. One of the things that hold us back is that we have habits that work against us, and because habits operate under the radar, we don’t even notice them. So you will need to weed out the bad habits while planting new ones. Set the bar low at first when you are starting or stopping habits. Take your time and you will make it happen.

Asking for feedback can speed your success.

Feedback raises our self-awareness and helps up spot blind spots in our thinking.

If you ask other people for their opinions on how you are handing things, their feedback can help you spot patterns and habits that may be counter productive. And if you take steps to correct the things holding you back, you speed up your progress. Just be careful to seek feedback from someone you trust.

Feedback is the breakfast of champions, have a bowl today.

Change what you are around to change your habits.

Set things up so you are around things that helps you change your habits.

One of the easiest ways to start a new habit is to put yourself in an environment that makes it easier to go with things that are going to help your new habits. Go to the gym instead of the bar, even if you just stand around. Put fruit on your counter instead of candy. Avoid people and things that pull you into doing the wrong thing and look for people and things that support your new habits.
