The following techniques are guaranteed to make you happier.
Spend more time with friends and family. This means face to face time, not texting, etc. This social network is extremely powerful in creating a feeling of well being.
Be grateful for what you have. The more you remind yourself of the good things in your life the happier you will be. Even if it does not seem like much, find positive things in your life and focus on them.
Act like you are happy even if are not. Your body will fool your mind into actually being happy. It sounds weird but it really works.
These techniques are free and don’t take a lot of time. And you will begin to see results right away.
