Seek middle ground when it comes to listening to feedback.

Your productivity can increase dramatically if you use feedback to grow.

The problem is that too little feedback does not allow for growth and too much feedback will waste your time. The trick is to know how much is enough and that is more art than science. You probably know if you are shutting all feedback out. Some listening skill lessons are in order here. And you probably know if you life seems full of just feedback. So begin to find a middle ground and see how you do.

Are you listening?

Asking for feedback can speed your success.

Feedback raises our self-awareness and helps up spot blind spots in our thinking.

If you ask other people for their opinions on how you are handing things, their feedback can help you spot patterns and habits that may be counter productive. And if you take steps to correct the things holding you back, you speed up your progress. Just be careful to seek feedback from someone you trust.

Feedback is the breakfast of champions, have a bowl today.

Get real if you want to be happy.

Stop comparing yourself to the fake personas posted on Facebook and other social media.

Research has shown that in general the less time a person spends on social media sites, the happier they tend to be. Facebook is non stop great news channel and we tend to feel inferior to the lives that are portrayed on it. If you get out into the real world and see what is really going on you will have a more balanced view of your life.

Isn’t it time to head out into the real world?

I know you are asking the right questions. But are you answering them?

Most people tend to question what they are doing, but then they don’t wait for the answer.

Questioning what you are doing is a great way to see if you are on course with your goals and other aspects of your life. But it there is even the slightest pause in an answer coming back, we tend to move on without waiting for the answer. This causes us to miss some very valuable information about where we are at in our lives. You are just a few seconds away from incredibly useful feedback, but you walk away from it.

Wait for the answers to your questions, you will be amazed at what is coming.
